We look for the next house and time the move to the closing, so one chapter ends as the next one starts.

Estate sales
We sort, price, and hold the sale. What does not sell can be donated, with a receipt when the charity issues one. You decide what is sold, given, or kept.

Moving
What you are keeping is packed and moved on a schedule that fits the sale and the closing, so the house is not half-lived-in longer than it needs to be.

Painting and minor handyman work
Light cosmetic painting and small repairs, so rooms photograph cleanly and show well. Larger construction is a different job, and we will say so before anyone starts.

Yard cleanup and refresh
Hauling, trimming, and a refresh of the grounds. The backyard usually needs the most attention, and buyers notice it.

Cleaning, setup, and staging
After the sale, we clean, arrange what remains, and stage the spaces that matter before photographs and showings.

Listing and selling the home
Kimberly lists the home through Tierra Antigua Realty. The price comes from a current look at recent sales, then we market, show, and negotiate.

Finding the next home
The search starts from how you want to live. We narrow the list, tour with you, and time an offer against the sale of the home you are leaving.

A written Game Plan
After the meeting you receive one written presentation: what we heard, the order of the work, and the decisions still in front of you. It is for your household, not a public listing.
